The Saber Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCOC) is a part of the Saudi Arabian product conformity certification system managed by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). The SCOC is required for each shipment of products to ensure they comply with Saudi technical regulations and standards, facilitating smooth customs clearance.
SCOC is a one-time certificate and needs to be obtained every time the product is exported to Saudi Arabia.All regulated products must be registered on Saber to obtain a PCOC(Product Certificate of Conformity) certificate before obtaining a SCOC certificate. Unregulated products can directly apply for SCOC certificates
