أصدرت الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة (SASO) إشعارًا جديدًا في 13 يوليو 2026: أضافت وزارة الصناعة والمناجم متطلبات رقابية لمنتجات مواد البناء.

أعلنت الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة (SASO) في تاريخ 13 يوليو 2026 عن تحديث جديد لنطاق الرقابة الذي تشرف عليه وزارة التجارة والصناعة (MOCI). ويأتي هذا التحديث ليزيد من قائمة المنتجات الخاضعة للرقابة، وذلك بعد الإضافة السابقة التي تمت في 18 يونيو 2026.

المتطلبات الأساسية للقرار الجديد

يتعين على جميع المنتجات المدرجة في قائمة الرقابة المُحدَّثة، عند التقديم للحصول على شهادة الإرسالية (SC) عبر منصة SABER، الالتزام بما يلي:

• الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية (MIM): يجب الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية السعودية.
• تقديم وثيقة إقرار المستورد المعتمدة من وزارة التجارة والصناعة (MOCI): يجب تقديم وثيقة “إقرار المستورد” التي تمت الموافقة عليها من قبل وزارة التجارة والصناعة (أي خطاب الموافقة الصادر عن MOCI).

ملاحظة مهمة: في حال عدم تقديم وثيقة إقرار المستورد المعتمدة هذه، سترفض أي جهة منح التصديق المخولة إصدار كل من شهادة المنتج (PC) وشهادة الإرسالية (SC). وتكون صلاحية خطاب الموافقة الصادر عن MOCI لمدة 60 يوماً فقط، وتنتهي صلاحيته بعد انقضاء هذه المدة.
