[ Saber - Update ] SASO regulated list update: new or updated control requirements for some products

The Saudi SASO Standards Bureau issued regulatory requirements for some newly added products on July 24, 2025, and will complete the relevant updates or additions of HS codes on the Sabre platform within 30 days.

This update adds major products:
