- Obtain a Shipment Conformity Certificate (SCoC)
- Before each shipment, the importer logs into the SABER system and applies for an SC certificate based on the valid PC certificate.
- The SC certificate is the customs clearance document for each individual shipment and must be obtained before the goods arrive at the Saudi port.

Moreover, Saudi Arabia has expanded its RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive, which may require additional test reports.
